§ 156.104 FEES MUST BE PAID.
   Until all applicable fees have been paid in full, including any fees or deposits for building permits, no application shall be processed by the Executive Director. If an application for an improvement location permit is made belatedly, and after notice of non-compliance from the Executive Director has been made, a late-filing fee of $50 shall be assessed.
