All amendments to or repealers of this chapter shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the 600 Series of the Area Planning Law, I.C. 36-7-4, as amended. Included in all petitions for rezoning property a statement indicating what utilities and infrastructure are present. Also, at least six copies of aerial photographs shall be presented showing the location of the area proposed for rezoning and a site (map), plus a legal description. In addition to these items, a development plan shall be included in all petitions if the rezoning is located in an RB Roadside Business District.
