Any additional territory which becomes subject to the rules and regulations of the County Area Plan Commission shall be automatically zoned A-1 Prime Agriculture District unless otherwise changed by amendments to this chapter; provided that, in the event of annexation of lands to a town which is already within the jurisdiction of the Commission, the zoning classification existing at the time of annexation shall remain until changed by amendment procedures.
