AS PROVIDED IN THE LOCAL SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZED UNDER STATE OF INDIANA ENABLING LEGISLATION, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HAVE REVIEWED THAT PLAT AND PLANS FOR (development) .
