(A) The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby establishes a local advisory council for the purposes to view, assess and determine polling and voting places that are in compliance with the Help Americans Vote Act that are both accessible to persons with disabilities and elderly persons. Said Advisory Council shall be comprised of three members and that two of said members shall be representatives of the disabilities community or elderly and/or being disabled themselves or age 65 or over.
(B) The term of said Advisory Council members shall be for a period of two years with the first period beginning on 1-1-2011 and ending 12-31-2012 and continuing every two years thereafter.
