§ 154.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The state legislature has granted the power to local government units to control land use within their jurisdictions. Therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of the county and the Town Councils of Holton, Milan, Napoleon, Osgood, Sunman and Versailles does hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
