§ 153.08 ENFORCEMENT.

   (A)   The Building Inspector shall post a stop-work order on the site if the requirements of this chapter are not being met.

   (B)   If, within 30 days after issuance of a stop-work order, a permit holder does not comply with the requirements of this chapter, the Building Inspector may ask the Executive Director of the County Area Plan Commission to revoke the improvement location permit.

   (C)   Appeal of the revocation of an improvement location permit may be made in accordance with §§ 156.075 through 156.085 of this code of ordinances.

   (D)   Compliance with the provisions of this chapter also may be enforced by injunction.
