(A) Permits required by § 151.20 of this code of ordinances shall be issued upon prior payment of fees according to the following:

(B) All improvements made to a property, regardless of the type of construction, shall require an improvement location permit, issued by the Area Plan Commission, with a fee of $15. Said $15 improvement location permit fee is included with the fees set forth above.
(C) Where additional inspections are required due to failure of the permit holder to have work ready for inspection at a designated stage of construction, or non-compliance with Ch. 151 of this Code of Ordinances, the Building Commissioner shall assess a re-inspection fee of $25 for each additional inspection.
(D) For unusually large or complex buildings or structures, the Building Commissioner shall have the authority to increase the number of required inspections by 50%.
(E) Additional fees or fees for re-inspection shall be paid prior to the inspection being performed.
(F) This section shall be in full force and effective from and after the date on which the County Commissioners have adopted this section.
