§ 130.03 SIGNS AND NOTICES.
   Signs shall be posted and notices shall be placed on bulletin boards in the parks, stating substantially as follows: “No alcoholic beverage of any kind may be brought into this fairground/park or consumed in the fairground/park. County ordinance enforced.” The signs shall be placed in locations to be visible on entering the fairgrounds/park.
