The following County Council election districts for the county shall be divided by election precincts as follows:
(A) District 1. Precincts 1 & 3 of Adams Township and Laughery Township.
(B) District 2. Precinct 2 of Adams Township, Franklin Township and Washington Township.
(C) District 3. Center Township, Delaware Township, Jackson Township and Otter Creek Township.
(D) District 4. Brown Township, Johnson Township and Shelby Township.
