The county hereby adopts 410 I.A.C. 6-2.1, “Public and Semi-Public Swimming Pools Rule,” as if it was set forth in full in this chapter. The county Health Department may promulgate and enforce policies and standard operating procedures in compliance with 410 I.A.C. 6-2.1.
