The County Commissioner election districts are hereby drawn and established as follows:
(A) District 1. Adams Township, Delaware Township, Precinct 1 of Franklin Township, Laughery township and Jackson Township;
(B) District 2. Center Township, Precincts 2 and 3 of Franklin Township, Johnson Township, Otter Creek Township and Precinct 2 of Washington Township; and
(C) District 3. Brown Township, Shelby Township and Precinct 1 of Washington Township.
