(A) The maximum weight limit of vehicles traveling on county roads (outside of cities and towns) shall be the maximum weight limits set forth in I.C. 9-20-4-1 or as amended thereafter.
(B) The penalty for a violation of said weight limits shall be as set forth in I.C. 9-20-18-12 or as amended thereafter.
