§ 70.01 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   Speed limits on county roads (outside of cities and towns) shall be 45 mph unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   The penalty for a violation of said speed limits shall be as set forth in I.C. 9-21-5-13 or as amended thereafter.
