§ 34.04 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURE.
   (A)   After receiving a petition for reimbursement for such costs, the Juvenile Court shall hold a hearing to determine whether to order reimbursement by the child’s parent or guardian of the child’s estate to the county as described in this section.
   (B)   The Juvenile Court shall order the child’s parent or guardian of the child’s estate to pay for secure detention of the child and any costs associated with the secure detention unless the Court finds that the parent or guardian is unable to pay or that justice would not be served by ordering payment from the parent or guardian.
   (C)   Whenever the juvenile court orders detention of a child, the Court shall refer to the State Supreme Court Child Support Guidelines to determine the financial contribution required from each parent of the child or the guardian of the child’s estate.
   (D)   An order issued pursuant to this section shall be paid through the Clerk of the Circuit Court as trustee for remittance to the county.
   (E)   The County Probation Department shall monitor the enforcement of orders issued pursuant to this section.
   (F)   Enforcement of any orders issued pursuant to this section shall be sought and/or prosecuted by the Board of Commissioners of the county.
