4-5-18: REFUSE; DISPOSAL IN JEFFERSON COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL REQUIRED:

The disposal of all refuse collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be in the Jefferson County sanitary landfill and under the supervision of the inspector. (Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
