4-5-14: SALVAGING MATERIAL FROM SANITARY LANDFILL PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION:
Any material disposed of at the sanitary landfill is the property of the city, and no person is allowed to separate and collect, carry off or dispose of the same except under the authority and direction of the Mayor and Council. (Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
