4-5-10: COMPOST PILE PERMISSIONS:
Compost piles may be maintained for fertilization purposes, and matter used for fertilization purposes only may be transported, kept and used; provided that the same shall not cause obnoxious odors to the neighborhood. (Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
