4-5-8: APPROVED CONTAINERS; REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION BY CITY:

Every person using or occupying any building, house or structure within the corporate limits for residential, industrial or commercial purposes, shall use "approved containers" of sufficient number and size to hold all refuse accumulating on the premises. The collector will empty and return only "approved containers." (Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
