The department shall have the following duties:
A. The parks and rodeo director shall act as chair of the parks and rodeo executive committee.
B. The parks and rodeo director shall supervise the maintenance, operation and control of the city rodeo grounds, horse barns and surrounding fields owned by the city, excluding adjoining athletic ball field and memorial park.
C. The parks and rodeo director shall establish and administer all budgets for the operation of the department and collection of all revenues accruing to the city on account of facilities or lands owned by the city. (Ord. 2012-555, 5-1-2012)
