8-4-13: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:
   A.   Severability: If any provision of this chapter is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. (Ord. 2021-620, 9-2-2021)
