Any aggrieved person may appeal from a decision of the Rigby recreation board to the city council of the city of Rigby. Said appeal shall be made in writing within ten (10) days to the Rigby city clerk who shall place the appeal on the agenda of the next meeting. The appeal shall state the person or organization appealing and contain a brief narrative of the reasons for appeal.
If the decision appealed from was made by the city council, the appeal shall be to the council for reconsideration in the manner set forth in this section. (Ord. 497, 8-20-2002)
