Pursuant to Idaho Code section 50-210, all members and the officers thereof shall serve without salary or compensation, but their actual and necessary expenses shall be allowed by the city. The city shall provide the necessary and suitable equipment and supplies to enable the board to properly transact and attend to its business. (Ord. 497, 8-20-2002)
