3-6-12: ANNUAL PERMIT FEE:
The annual fee for a sexually oriented business permit shall be in an amount set from time to time by Resolution of the Council. Such fee shall accompany the application filed under Section 3-6-9 F hereof. (Ord. 2019-607, 8-15-2019)
