The City Council may appoint an Administrator to carry out the provisions as herein specified and to serve at the pleasure of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Administrator shall receive and process all subdivision applications. In absence of such an appointment, the City Clerk shall carry out this function. (Ord. 403, 7-21-1987; amd. 1999 Code)
