11-1-4: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:

All "subdivisions", as defined in Section 11-2-1 of this Title, shall be submitted for approval by the City Council and shall comply with the provisions of this Title. This Title shall supplement all other ordinances and regulations, and where at variance with other laws, regulations, ordinances or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
