A. Plat Required: No person shall subdivide any tract of land which is located wholly or in part in the City, or within one mile of the corporate limits of the City or such additional distance as may mutually be agreed upon by both the City and County of Jefferson pursuant to Idaho Code sections 50-1306 and 67-6526, unless he shall first have or cause to have made a plat thereof as set forth within this Title.
B. Approval Of Plats: It shall be unlawful to receive or record plats or replats under the jurisdiction of this Title until the Mayor and Council shall have approved such plats and they shall bear thereon the approved endorsement of the Public Works Director and the City Clerk.
