8-2-47: PENALTIES:

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined by Idaho state statute 18-113, and as amended from time to time. Each day said violation occurs shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
