Accounts shall be charged a rate in accordance with the rate schedule as set by City resolution.
The City Clerk shall furnish to each property owner, landlord, or agent, a monthly statement of the amount due for sewer service for that month(s). The failure of any sewer user to receive notice or statement will in no way affect the obligation of the user to remit monthly as required. Each property owner will be responsible for payment of utilities for their property regardless of rental or occupancy.
The initial billing for premises occupied less than one month shall be charged only for that portion of the month during which the premises were occupied. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
