8-2-36: RV DUMP STATION SEWER RATES:
The City reserves the right to assign specific user rates for facilities containing RV septic dump stations. RV septic dump stations may be required to have an approved flow meter to meter wastewater discharges. The user rate for these facilities will be determined and adjusted per resolution by City Council. (Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
