8-2-28: SYSTEM OF CHARGES:
All systems of charges and fees to users, within and without the City, shall assure that each recipient of wastewater collection and treatment services will pay its proportionate share of the costs of operation and maintenance (including equipment replacement) of any wastewater collection and treatment services provided by the City. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
