8-2-27: SEWER SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY:
The Public Works Director or his designated agent shall not provide sewer service to any consumer whose residence or place of business is outside of the corporate limits of the City until an "outside the City sewer contract" has been executed between the consumer and the City. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
