The Public Works Director or his designated agent, WWTP Superintendent, and Pretreatment Coordinator shall have the right to enter upon any premises connected with any public sewer at all reasonable hours to determine that there is compliance with the provisions of this chapter. If conflict is noted, the owner of said premises or his agent shall be directed to alter, repair, or reconstruct said sewer facilities to conform to the requirements of this chapter within fifteen (15) days.
