8-2-18: EXCAVATION PERMIT REQUIRED:
No permit shall be granted to do sewer work in any street, alley or public easement until the applicant has first obtained an excavation permit as required by the City. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
