8-2-11: REFUSAL OF USE OF SYSTEM:
The Public Works Director or his designated agent, WWTP Superintendent, or Pretreatment Coordinator may prohibit the discharge into the public sewer of sewage that does not comply with the limitations set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
