8-2-10: INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
The Pretreatment Coordinator reserves the right to require a user to obtain an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit, in accordance with City's Pretreatment Program, title 8, chapter 4. (Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
