8-2-8: APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR ABNORMAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGES:
Review and acceptance of the WWTP Superintendent and Pretreatment Coordinator shall be obtained prior to the discharge into the public sewers of any water or wastes having:
   A.   A total of more than thirty (30) pounds of suspended solids in any one day.
   B.   A total of more than thirty (30) pounds of BOD in any one day.
   C.   An average flow of 0.01 mgd or more. (Ord. 543, 5-5-2009; amd. Ord. 2021-621, 9-2-2021)
