Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (1980 Code § 4.6.50; amd. 1999 Code)
