8-1-33: FREE ACCESS FOR INSPECTION OF PREMISES:
Free access for inspection shall, upon such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit, be allowed to the public works director or to any other authorized person to all places supplied with water from the city water system. (1980 Code § 4.6.9; amd. 1999 Code)
