8-1-19: SERVICE CALL CHARGE:
The Public Works Director may require a service charge, in an amount not to exceed the actual cost to the City, for service calls which are requested and which are only for the convenience and benefit of the customer. (1980 Code § 4.6.31; amd. 1999 Code)
