7-7-12: APPEALS:

A. Any party aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision enacted under this chapter may appeal such decision to the Jefferson County Commissioners in concert with the City of Rigby City Council.

B. The City of Rigby Airport Board reserves the right to provide input to the Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Commission regarding decisions in such appeals, including right of appearance and testimony at any meeting or hearing regarding such appeal. (Ord. 2017-590, 4-6-2017)
