7-7-1: TITLE:
   A.   This chapter shall be known as the CITY OF RIGBY AIRPORT ORDINANCE.
   B.   This chapter is based upon rules and regulations promulgated and effective by the Federal Aviation Administration title 14 CFR FAR (part 77) and the State of Idaho Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics. Idaho Code 21 aeronautics chapter 5.
   C.   The overall property of the City of Rigby Airport lies within Jefferson County and as such is subject to the County's land use zoning, which as of January 1, 2016 is zoned Commercial Two (C-2). (Ord. 2017-590, 4-6-2017)
