7-2-8: EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR:
The City Council may, for good cause shown, extend the time within which any sidewalk, curb, gutter and/or curb and parking may be constructed or repaired, but no such extension of time shall exceed thirty (30) days. (1980 Code § 9.3.7)
