6-3-12: BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY:
It shall be unlawful for any driver of any vehicle to back such vehicle out of any alley, public garage, or on any street, or across any sidewalk or street intersection without first sounding the horn or other device to give warning to others of his intent in coming onto the public street. (1980 Code § 10.8.6)
