6-2-10: GENERAL PENALTY FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS:
If no separate penalty is otherwise given in this Title, all violations of this Title shall be punishable as a misdemeanor pursuant to Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1980 Code § 10.25; amd. 1999 Code)
