Any parent or guardian of a minor is guilty of a misdemeanor if he or she knowingly permits, or by culpable indifference allows, such minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the City during curfew hours. (Ord. 464, 3-4-1997, eff. midnight 4-1-1997)
