4-8-3: ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND REPAIRS:
All buildings or structures which are required to be repaired under the provisions of this code shall be completed in compliance with this chapter and must conform to the current city standards, current building codes as applicable and any other city ordinances. (Ord. 2013-562, 9-3-2013)
