4-7-4: PENALTY:

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each infraction of this Chapter shall be deemed a separate offense for purposes of this penalty. (Ord. 2018-593, 2-15-2018; amd. Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
