4-7-1: DEFINITION:
"Open burning" means the burning of materials outdoors where the products of combustion are not directed through a duct, passage, smokestack or chimney. (Ord. 2018-593, 2-15-2018; amd. Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
