4-2-6: PENALTY:

Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter, or any section thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1980 Code § 6.5.5; amd. 1999 Code; Ord. 2023-635, 7-6-2023)
